On September 29, 　　2017 , the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) issued a notice announcing the affirmative initial injunction on the industrial damage caused by the anti-dumping and countervailing duty on imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India: the ruling is claimed to exist in the government Subsidy and dumping involved in the product imports constitute a substantive damage to the domestic industry in the United States. In this ruling, four members of the International Trade Commission voted for the vote. The U.S. Department of Commerce is expected to make a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on this case on November 9, 2017 and make a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on January 23, 2018.

　　On September 6, 2017, at the request of the Coalition of American Flange Producers and its affiliates Core Pipe Products, Inc. and Maass Flange Corporation on August 16, 2017, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced Officially launched on imports from China and India, stainless steel flange anti-dumping and countervailing investigations launched. The case involves the United States coordinated tariff heading 7307.21.1000 and 7307.21.5000 under the product.
